JIIT lists 20 programmes in total. For 2026, the general-category total fee for B.Tech & Integrated M.Tech is Rs 3,79,000 per year, with tuition of Rs 1,55,000 per semester and a development fee of Rs 34,500 per semester¹²³. BBA & B.COM is Rs 2,40,000 per year, and B.Sc & BCA is Rs 1,78,000 per year⁴⁵.

Among postgraduate programmes, the yearly total is Rs 2,02,000 for M.Tech, Rs 1,94,000 for MCA & M.Des, Rs 1,01,000 for M.Sc, Rs 98,000 for M.Com and Rs 6,55,000 for MBA⁶⁷⁸⁹¹⁰. MBA (HHM) is Rs 3,14,000 and MBA (AI &DS) is Rs 6,95,000 per year, while PhD is Rs 69,000 per year¹¹¹²¹³. A one-time refundable caution money of Rs 20,000 applies to all programmes¹⁴.
