MCKVIE offers 12 programmes across engineering, technology and management. At the undergraduate level, the B.Tech options include Automobile Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning), Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science), Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering.

In management, the institute runs a Bachelor of Business Administration with 60 seats over 36 months, and a full-time Master of Business Administration with 30 seats over 24 months. For postgraduate technical study, it offers M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Several engineering programmes have NBA accreditation. These include CSE and ECE for 3 years from 06-04-2023, and EE and IT for 2 years from 26-08-2022¹².
