RNSIT offers eleven undergraduate listings and two postgraduate programmes. The B.Tech programmes run for 48 months, that is four years, in full-time mode. Computer Science and Engineering has 720 seats, the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning specialisation has 360 seats, Cyber Security has 120 seats, and Data Science has 180 seats.
Electronics and Communication Engineering has 240 seats, while Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering have 60 seats each. At postgraduate level, the Master of Business Administration is a 24-month full-time programme with 240 seats, and the Masters in Computer Applications has 120 seats.
